Work Therapy | Future Solutions

The Work Therapy Program is an integral part of a student’s stay at ATCNI. The WTP is designed to teach our men responsibility, work ethic, and relational skills in a supervised work environment. The men also learn how to work for the Lord and how to serve others.

The first half of each day, Monday-Saturday, the men are assigned to a variety of different jobs: On Campus, they may be in our Auto Detail Center, where they learn to carefully clean and detail vehicles of all types. Or they may work in our Greenhouse assisting in the growing of nutrient dense produce.

Off campus, several local factories hire our men to do anything from assembly work to fabrication, as can be seen in the photo take at Future Solutions in Elkhart.

But our favorite work experience is when local individuals hire our men to do things like basic chores, landscaping, spring clean-up, furniture moving, and so on. When the men work for the ATCNI Community, it gives them a sense of the impact their newfound faith can make—allowing them to build healthy relationships while blessing you! And it gives you an opportunity to encourage them in the process.

Some of the strongest relationships the men build in the Elkhart/ATCNI communities are the result of our Work Therapy Program. Prayerfully consider partnering with us in this program.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
